Just over a week ago I blogged about Hannah’s sleeping postures, and remarked that since nearly a month ago now she’s been occasionally getting her feet through the cot railings. The first time it happened she wailed quite a bit as the whole experience of getting a limb through the railings was new for her. But it took her just perhaps a week to learn how to get her little feet out of it, or more likely after a bit of fidgeting at the subconscious level she frees herself again.
Here’re a couple of pictures we took several days ago on Thursday just about an hour after Ling set her to bed:
She was sleeping so soundly that we didn’t want to wake her up to set her rightly – and she slept through the night soundly in any case.:)
My kids did this too. The only fear is that the blur parents unwittingly knock into the leg of the poor baby!
Errata: Hannah still can’t free herself from the ‘trap’ and I always ensure that her legs are off the bars when she is sleeping. :)
She’s been able to, dear – I’ve seen her free herself at least once already.:)
Cool! :P
